摘要
在对可调式引射器结构和流动特点进行分析的基础上,建立了其内部流动的数学模型.给出了可调式引射器工作流体和引射流体入口、引射器出口的边界条件以及初始条件,并进行了相应的数值处理.用PHOENICS软件对可调式引射器内部流动进行了数值模拟,得出了可调式引射器内部流场分布、不同截面比下从喷嘴出口到扩散室出口之间轴线上的压力分布、引射比随喷嘴截面积变化的曲线,数值计算结果与理论结果较为吻合.
On the basis of the analysis of the characteristic of the structure and the interior flow of an adjustable injector, the math model of the interior flow of the adjustable injector are established. The boundary and initial condition, such as the inlet of the primary fluid and the secondary fluid, the outlet of the injector are given, and make the relevant numerical disposal. The fluid flow of the adjustable injector was simulated by means of PHOENICS, the interior flow field, the curves in the inject ratio along with the varied section ratio, and the pressure distribution of the axis between the outlet of the nozzle and the outlet of the diffusing chamber are obtained. The numerical results are almost consistent with the theoretical ones.
