Computer Control System of LB2000 Bituminous Mixture Stir Equipment

以沥青混凝土搅拌设备计算机控制系统为对象,分析了搅拌设备的工艺流程及计算机控制系统的功能,建立了控制系统组成框图,研究了其硬件系统设计中所考虑的几个问题及系统对软件设计的主要要求。该控制系统投入应用后检测结果表明,其配料计量精度等性能指标达到了设计要求。

Based on the computer control system of bituminous mixture stir equipment, the technological process of bituminous mixture stir equipment and the function of the computer control system are analyzed, the block diagram of control system is set up. Some problems about hardware circuits and software design are studied. The test results show that the specifications satisfy the needs of design.
