摘要
目的:建立盐酸左布比卡因右旋异构体的测定方法。方法:采用手性色谱柱(CHROMTECH AGP 100.0 mm×4.0 mm,5μm),以0.02 mol/L的磷酸盐缓冲液-异丙醇(90∶10)为流动相,检测波长215 nm。结果:盐酸左布比卡因左旋异构体和右旋异构体达到基线分离,定量限为2 ng,检测限为0.6 ng。结论:HPLC能够有效分离、检测左布比卡因原料及注射液中的右旋异构体。
Objective: To establish hydrochlorlde. Method: A chiral chroma a HPLC method for the determination of dextroisomer in levobupivacaine tographic column (CHROMTECH AGP 100.0 mm ×4.0 mm, 5 μm) was employed with 0.02 mol/L phosphate buffer-isopropanol ( 90:10 ) as mobile phase. The detection wavelength was 215 nm. Result: The dextroisomer in levobupivacaine hydrochloride can be resolved. The detectability and isolation auantitation limit of levobupivacaine hydrochloride was 0.6 ng and 2 ng. Conclusion: HPLC method can be used for the resolution and determination of dextroisomer in levobupivacaine hydrochloride raw material and its injection.
