飞行签派员作为航空公司运行的指挥者,必须具有极高的综合素质和业务能力。在分析了我国目前飞机鉴派培训现状与存在的问题后,提出了加强签派培训的师资力量和改进鉴派的方式方法等有效途径,并产生了良好的成效。
As a commander of aviation company , flight dispatching teacher has to possesss extreme comprehensive qualities and professional competency.
