代谢综合征社区干预的效果和费用分析

Analysis on the effect and cost of community intervention for patients with metabolism syndrome

目的评价对社区代谢综合征患者进行生活方式重塑的健康教育方法和内容的有效性。方法将180例患者随机分为实验组和对照组(各90例),对实验组进行社区干预,并于入组时、干预1年时对两组患者的体重指数、血压、甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖进行测定,对知识知晓率、遵医行为的遵从率进行评价及费用比较。结果①知识知晓率两组比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);遵医行为的遵从率比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);②两组患者的体重指数、血压、血清甘油三酯、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、空腹血糖差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01);③两组患者费用比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论在社区对代谢综合征患者进行生活方式重塑的健康教育效果好,减少住院机会和费用开支。

Objective To evaluate the validity of the methods and cnntents of heahh education to encourage the patients with metabolism syndrome to modify their llfe style in the community. Methods 180 patients with metabolism syndrome were divided into experiment group （n = 90） and control group （n =90）. The patients in the experiment group received community intervention. Then the following variables were compared before intervention and one year after intervention,including body mass index （BMI） ,blood pressure, triglyeeride glycerin （TG） ,high density lipoprotein cholesterol （ HDL C） , fasting plasma glucose （FPG） ,rate of knowledge recognition,patients＇ compliance and medical expense. Results ①There was significant difference in the rate of knowledge recognition （P 〈 0. 01 ） and patients＇ compliance between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. ②Therc was significant difference in the following variables, such as BMI ,blood pressure ,TG, HDL- C, and FPG（ P 〈 0.01 ）. ③There was significant difference in medical expense between the two groups （P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The effect of community heahh education to modify life style for metabolism syndrome patients is favorable,which can reduce the frequency of hospitalization and medical expense.
