摘要 目的加强急诊科护理质量管理,持续改进服务环节的护理质量。方法完善急诊科护理质量管理体系,明确管理原则及管理目标;通过修订急诊护理工作考核标准,督促、检查和评价环节质量,促使终末质量提高。同时强调急诊工作的连贯性,抓住急诊衔接关键接口,制订服务流程图,保证实施,不断总结,持续改进。结果急诊科质量检查达标,服务满意率明显上升。结论通过护理质量的全面管理与持续改进,有效地控制了不良因素的发生,确保了护理质量优质、安全。 Objectives To strengthen nursing quality management and constantly improve the quality of nursing in emergency department. Methods The following measures were carried out, such as improving nursing quality management system,defining management priciples and objectives,emending emergency nursing evaluation standards to supervise, inspect and evaluate process quality and promote the final quality, emphasizing on the continuity process of emergency nursing service, controlling the critical parts of emergency nursing process, establishing emergency nursing procedure, guaranteeing the fulfillment of various measures,summarizing and improving emergency nursing works constantly. Result As a result,the quality of emergency nursing achieved to be qualified and patients' satisfaction got increased. Conclusion The overall management and constant improvement of nursing quality controlled the risk factors effectively and guaranteed the safety and high quality of emergency nursing.
