摘要
目的探讨西部民族地区人性化护理教学模式。方法选择2003级和2004级护理大专生312人,随机分为对照组(2003级186人)和实验组(2004级126人)。对照组采用传统护理教学模式,实验组采用人性化护理教学模式,即教育内容、教学方法、教育态度、教育理念等均建立在人性化基础之上,并按照人性化的特点设计的护理教学模式。比较两组学生的教学效果。结果实验组学生对改革模式持肯定态度;实验组学生理论考试和护理操作考核成绩明显优于对照组(P<0.01或P<0.05)。结论西部民族地区运用人性化护理教学模式切实可行,能明显促进该地区护理人才的培养。
Objective To explore the humanity nursing teaching mode in western minority areas. Methods 312 nursing students in Grade 2003 and 2004 were divided into control group ( n = 186 ) and experiment group ( n = 126). The students in control group received traditional nursing teaching mode, while the students in experiment group received humanity nursing teaching mode, that the teaching contents, methods,attitude and philosophy were all designed based on humanity idea. Then the teaching outcomes were compared between the two groups. Results Students in experiment group held an affirmative attitude to the innovated teaching mode,and their scores of theoretical and operational exam were higher than that of the control group (P 〈 0.01 or P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The humanity nursing teaching mode was proved to be feasible and could facilitate the fostering of nursing talents in western minority areas.
