CCU护士专科技能系统培训模式的探索与实践

The practice of systemic professional training mode for CCU nurses

目的 进一步提高CCU护士的业务素质、实际操作能力，适应心血管重症技术的发展需要。方法 以CCU操作技能、仪器使用、专科理论知识、并发症的观察为培训内容，对32名护士采取讲课、观看录像、护理查房、现场指导及建立长期考核评价制度的方法进行培训。结果 培训前、后32名护士的理论知识测试成绩差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；监护室工作年限〈1年、1～3年两个时间组的护士培训前、后操作考核平均分经检验差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．05）；而工作年限〉3年的护士培训前、后成绩差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）。结论 系统的CCU培训是培养临床一线高质量专业护士的有效方法。

Objective To improve CCU nurses＇ professional competency and practical performance ability,in order to meet the demands of rapid progress of cardiovascular intensive care technology. Methods 32 nurses were trained through the means of lectures, watching videotapes, nursing rounds, field guidance and establishing long - term examine system. The contents of training included operational techniques in CCU, equipments operating, specialty theoretical knowledge and complication observation. Results There was significant difference in nurses＇ performance in the theoretical knowledge test before and after training （P 〈0.05）. There was significant difference in the performance of operating test in uurses working in CCU less than 1 year and 1 - 3 years（ P 〈 0.05 ） , but no difference with nurses working in CCU over 3 years （ P 〉 0.05 ）, Conclusions Systematic CCU training is an effectiw： way to train high - quality clinical professional nurses.
