摘要
目的 调查我院消化科不合格检验标本的产生原因并研究解决方法。方法 对2002—2003年不合格的检验标本进行统计，分析其分布状况及产生的原因，并根据原因实施相应的护理管理对策。如针对性地学习、建立相应的规章制度等。结果 与2002—2003年不合格检验标本数量相比，2004年不合格检验标本的数量显著减少，差异具有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论 护理管理在保证检验标本质量方面发挥着重要作用，通过对检验标本的不合格问题进行干预，可有效地保证检验标本的合格性。
Objective To investigate the reasons of unqualified specimen in department of gastrointestinal diseases,and exlpore the countermeasures. Methods The unqualified specimen from 2002 to 2003 were analyzed on the distribution and the reasons. Then corresponding nursing strategies were carried out according to the reasons, such as providing pertinent training and establishing related rules and regulations. Results In 2004, the number of unqualified specimen decreased significantly compared with that of 2002 and 2003 （ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion Nursing management plays an important role in guaranteeing the quality of specimen. Measures aimed at the reasons of unqualified specimen can ensure the quality of laboratory specimen.
