口腔科门诊医院感染管理的实践与效果

The practice and effect of hospital infection management in outpatients department of stomatology

目的最大限度预防和控制口腔科医院感染,提高医护质量。方法分析口腔科医院感染的危险因素,结合口腔科特点,从员工的个人防护、消毒灭菌的方法和流程、器械的具体消毒灭菌措施、诊疗环境的清洁和消毒、消毒灭菌效果的监测等方面制定相应的管理措施和操作规范,并加强监督落实。结果有效地预防和控制了口腔科医院感染的发生。结论加强医院感染管理工作能有效控制口腔科的医院感染。

Objective To control hospital infection in department of stomatology and improve the quality of medical service. Methods The potential risk factors of hospital infection in the department of stomatology were analyzed. Then,according to the characteristics of the department of stomatology, corresponding management measures and operational regulations were established and supersived to be carried out from the following aspects,such as personal protection, methods and procedure of sterilization, detailed disinfection and sterilization measures of instruments and apparatus, cleaning and disinfection of the consultation and treatment environment, and quality monitoring of disinfection and sterilization. Result These measures worked efficiently on precaution and control for hospital infection in department of stomatology. Conclusions Strengthening the management of hospital infection could effectively control hospital infection in the outpatient department of stomatology.
