The libraries carry out the ＂Humanist＂ scientific development idea, the most important is to comprehend and apply the idea correctly, grasp the connotation and new thinking of the ＂Humanist＂, make clear of the ＂center＂ of the library and the ＂ center＂ of the librarian, the relationship between the librarian and the reader and also the principles to make ＂librarian centered system＂ come true.
