摘要 目的:建立不同倾斜角度的下颌第二前磨牙桩核冠的三维有限元模型。方法:对符合标准的下颌第二前磨牙进行CT扫描,结合Matlab、Ansys等软件建立三维有限元模型。结果:建立了下颌第二前磨牙在正常情况及向近中或颊侧、舌侧倾斜时的桩核冠的三维有限元模型10个。结论:Matlab与Ansys软件相结合提高了建模的灵活性,建立的10个三维有限元模型较好地模拟了临床上下颌前磨牙的不同角度倾斜的情况,具有较好的可比性。 Objective: To construct three-dimensional finite element models of mandibular second premolar restored with post crown at various angles. Method:Thin-layer CT technique was combined with software Matlab and Ansys toconstruct three-dlmensional finite element models of mandibular second premolar restored with post crown at various angles. Result:A total of ten post crown models were created :a nontilted (base)models and nine variations in which three different angles were combined with mesial , bucco and lingual inclination. Conclusion:The application of thin- layer CT made the models more precise, the software Matlab and Ansys made the models simulate clinical condition well .
