摘要
利用SSR标记技术研究了6份标准测验种和43份黑龙江省常用玉米自交系的遗传多样性。63对扩增带型稳定的SSR引物在供试材料中检测出237个等位基因变异,每对SSR引物检测等位基因2 ̄10个,平均3.76个,平均多态性信息量(PIC)和有效等位基因数(NE)分别为0.52和2.35。用UPGMA方法将49份自交系划分为四平头、Lancaster、旅大红骨、自330、PA、PB、Reid、其他等8个类群。划群结果与其系谱分析基本相符。可将黑龙江省玉米种质归纳为Reid和非Reid两大类,其中Reid种质具有较大的利用潜力。
Genetic diversity of 6 standard tester and 43 maize inbred lines in Heilongjiang Province were analyzed by SSR (Simple sequence repeats) technique. Sixty-three pairs of SSR primers giving stable and polymorphic amplification profiles detected 237 alleles among 49 inbred lines. The average number of alleles per SSR locus was 3.76 with a rang from 2 to 10. The value of polymorphis information content (PIC) and effective number of alleles (NE) for each SSR locus educed an average of 0.52 and 2.35. The UPGMA analysis classified 49 inbred lines into 8 groups (Sipingtou, Lancaster, Luda Red Cob, zi330, PA, PB, Reid and the others). Which corresponded to the heterotic classified into2 clusters (Reid groups determined by their pedigree information. The 49 inbred lines can also be and no-Reid), and the Reid germplasm have more potential value.
