中草药对犬生殖系统的影响实验

Study on the effect of Chinese herbal medicine on canine′s reproductive system

实验综合医学治疗妇女不孕症的经验和兽医临床上诱导猪、牛、羊等发情的实验报道,从前期工作中对小白鼠生殖系统的影响实验中筛选出3个中药组方,将3个中药组方分别应用于10只处于间情期的健康京巴母犬。每只母犬每天经口灌服复方中草药煎剂4mL,连用20d。每天观察实验犬的行为变化、外观变化,在用药后的第14,18,20,25天剖杀试验犬,取出其卵巢、子宫和阴道制成切片,于光学显微镜下观察卵巢、子宫内膜和阴道等的组织学变化规律。结果表明,中药组方C诱导犬发情时阴道黏膜增厚、充血、上皮脱落,使子宫内膜和子宫腺体发生了明显的增生,卵巢出现了成熟卵泡和排卵点,说明中药诱导非繁殖季节母犬发情是可行的。

The experiment synthesized the experience of the treatment in curing women＇s sterility and the report of inducing estrus in swine, cattle and sheep in veterinary clinics, the three compound Chinese herbal medicines were screened out according to the effect on the small white rats＇reproductive system from the last work and were applied to ten healthy jingba canines which were in the stage of anoestrus. Four millilitres decocted Chinese herbal medicine were fed to each canine throughout twenty days. The changes of canine＇s behavior appearance were observed daily. The experimental dogs were killed after days 14,18,20 and 25 of treatment.＇ their ovaries, uterus and vaginas were collected and made into the sections. The sections of these samples were examinated with optical microscope. The result revealed： when the compound Chinese herbal medicine C was applied to induce estrus of canine, vaginal epithelium became thicker, congestion, exuviation, endometrium became thicker and the grand proliferated, the ovaries appeared ripe follicle and the point of ovulation, these reveal that it is possible to apply Chinese herbal medicine to induce estrus of canine in the season when it doesn＇t propagate.
