光周期控制拟南芥和水稻开花反应差异性的分子生物学研究进展 被引量:3

摘要 光周期诱导植物开花的现象在被子植物中广泛存在,目前对长日照的模式植物拟南芥的光周期控制开花时间的研究较为详尽,而近年来,许多研究表明不同的植物间光周期控制开花反应具有很大的保守性。但是长日照植物和短日照植物对日长作出相反的反应机理是什么,日长是如何调控植物开花的,文章就此对拟南芥和水稻的光周期控制开花时间的基因途径和机理进行了初步探讨。 P hotoperiodic control of floral induction broadly exists in the Angiosperms. Up to date, many detailed researches on photoperiodic control of flowering time have been clear-cut in long-day model plant Arabidopsis thaliana. Many results demonstrated that the molecular mechanisms of response to flowering in different plant species are conservative. This article discusses the different molecular mechanisms of photoperiodic flowering response and daylenth measurement in long-day plant Arabidopsis and short-day plant rice.
