摘要
首先应用动力特性计算程序对某大型空冷汽轮发电机转子进行临界转速计算,以考核其是否达到国标规定的设计要求。然后应用模态试验技术对转子—轴承系统进行模态分析,以验证计算的正确性,最后通过测量获得转子的实际临界转速,全面获得该空冷汽轮发电机转子的横振特性资料。
The calculation of critical speed of the large fir-cooled turbine generator rotor is carried out by applying computer programs of the dynamic characteristics to see if it meets the design roquirement of the lateral criteria. And then the modal analysis of rotorbearing system is made by applying modal test to examine the validity of the calculation. The actual critical speed of the rotor is obtained by measuring. The data of the lateral dynamic characteristics of the air-cooled turbine generator's rotor are obtained in the round.
