抗核小体抗体测定在系统性红斑狼疮中的意义 被引量:10

摘要 目的:评价抗核小体抗体(A nuA)在系统性红斑狼疮(SLE)中的意义。方法:采用放射免疫法检测50例SLE患者、20例其他结缔组织病患者及25例健康人血清中抗双链D N A(dsD N A)抗体,用德国IM TE C公司抗核抗体谱线性印迹法检测A nuA、抗Sm D1、抗组蛋白抗体。结果:A nuA、抗组蛋白、抗Sm D1、抗dsD N A抗体在SLE中的阳性率分别为72.0%、32.0%、82.0%、44.0%,特异性分别为90.0%、85.0%、85.0%、100%,诊断效率分别为77.1%、48.6%、82.9%、60.0%。C3、C4在SLE中A nuA阳性组和A nuA阴性组间差异有显著性,免疫球蛋白在SLE中A nuA阳性组和A nuA阴性组间差异无显著性。结论:A nuA与SLE的活动性相关;A nuA在SLE中的敏感性、特异性和诊断效率高,尤其适用于诊断抗组蛋白、抗dsD N A抗体阴性的SLE。
