颈椎间盘源性疼痛的流行病学及病因分析
摘要
颈椎间盘源性疼痛是中老年人常见的颈椎退行性疾病。1928年由Stookey首次报道，它以颈椎间盘退行性变及颈部肌肉长期劳损为主因，刺激或压迫邻近神经根、脊髓，并由此产生颈、肩、上肢及其他部位感觉异常或伴有运动功能障碍的一系列综合症状，可严重影响人们生活，且给社会造成巨大经济负担。
