新型免疫抑制剂来氟米特的应用及展望

摘要 来氟米特系一种相对低毒的新型异噁嗯唑类免疫调节剂，口眼后经肝脏和肠壁的细胞质和微粒体迅速转化为活性的代谢产物A771726（MI），MI通过抑制二氢乳清酸脱氢酶的活性从而阻断嘧啶的从头合成途径，影响DNA和HNA的合成；此外MI可抑制酪氨酸激酶的活性和细胞的粘附，并能抑制抗体的产生和分泌。由于该药具有良好的免疫调节作用及较好的安全性，近年来在临床上得到广泛的应用，获得较好的疗效。现将来氟米特在临床上应用情况综述如下。
