摘要
在水温为(27±0.5)℃,盐度为7°B′e和连续充气条件下,采用动态活水法研究了汞、铅、铜、锰、铬对卤虫无节幼体的毒性效应及联合毒性作用。结果表明,5种金属对卤虫无节幼体的48hLC50分别是0.023、1.31、2.10、12.15、28.91mg/l。毒性由强至弱依次为Hg2+>Pb2+>Cu2+>Mn2+>Cd2+,Hg-Cu、Cu-Mn对卤虫幼体的联合作用表现为拮抗作用,Pb-Cu、Pb-Mn、Mn-Cd则表现为协同作用。
The effects of toxicity and joint toxicity of hydrargyrum,plumbum,cuprum manganese,cadmium to Artemia nauplius were studied at salinity 7°B'e ,temperature (27±0.5)℃ and inflate using the dynamic living water method. The 48hLC50 of these five heavy metal to the artemia nauplius is 0.023,1.31,2.10,12.15,28.91mg/1 for artemia nauplius. The order of toxicity of hydrargyrum,plumbum, cuprum manganese,cadmium for artemia nauplius was Hg〉〉Pb^2+〉Cu^2+〉Mn^2+〉Cd^2+. Hg-Cu,Cu-Mn are antagonism; Pb-Cu,Pb-Mn,Mn-Cd are synergism.
