中医内外合治带状疱疹的临床观察

Clinical observation of combination of traditional Chinese herbs taken orally and applied externally on patients with herpes zoster

目的观察中医内外合治带状疱疹的临床疗效。方法将190例带状疱疹患者随机分为2组。治疗组120例采用中医辨证治疗,口服汤剂,每日1剂,结合中医外治系列法,每日1次。对照组70例给予阿昔洛韦片0.2 g/次,每日5次;维生素B130 mg/次,每日3次;维生素腺苷B12750μg/次,每日3次,均口服。每日评定皮损疼痛改善情况。3日为1个疗程,1个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为97.5%,对照组总有效率为75.7%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论中医内外结合治疗带状疱疹疗效确切。

Objective To observe to clinical effect of combination of traditional Chinese herbs taken orally and applied externally on patients with herpes zoster. Methods 190 patients with herpes zoster were randomly divided into two groups. 120 patients in the treatment group were administrated Chinese herbs decoction according to different symptoms and signs once a day in addition to applied the external herb agent on the impaired skin. 70 patients in the control group were given Aciclovir 0.2 gram, five times a day and Vitimie B1 30 miligram, Adenosin Vitimin B12 750 ng, three times a day for three days. And the improvement of the impaired skin was observed every day for three days. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group and the control group was 97.5% and 75.5% respectively, There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a definite effect of combination of traditional Chinese herbs taken orally and applied externally on patients with herpes zoster.
