萎胃康冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎100例疗效观察

Therapeutic effect of Weiweikang granule on 100 cases of chronic atropic gastritis

目的观察萎胃康冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎(CAG)的临床疗效。方法将200例慢性萎缩性胃炎患者随机分为2组。治疗组100例采用萎胃康冲剂口服治疗,对照组100例采用维酶素治疗。2组均3个月为1个疗程,4个疗程后统计疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率54%,显效率31%,总有效率95%;对照组分别为0、0、13%。2组比较均有显著性差异(P<0.01)。结论萎胃康冲剂治疗慢性萎缩性胃炎疗效显著。

Objective To observe the therapeutic effect of Weiweikang granule on chronic atropic gastritis （CAG）. Methods 200 patients with CAG were randomly divided into two groups： 100 patients in treatment group were treated with Weiweikang granule; the other 100 patients in control group were treated with Weimeisu tablet. Three months was a treatment course. The therapeutic effects were evaluated after 4 treatment courses for both groups. Result The cure rate, effective rate and total effective rote in treatment group were 54 %, 31%, 95 % respectively, which were 0 %, 0 %, 13 % in control group. There were significant differences between two groups （ P 〈 0.01 ）, Conclusion Weiweikang granule has an obvious therapeutic effect on CAG.
