摘要
从查新实际工作出发研究了文献支持条件、检索手段、查新人员的素质、查新用户配合、文献检索、报告撰写、报告审核等影响查新质量的因素及存在的问题 ,并据此提出整顿查新机构、培训人员、规范各类查新检索范围和相关范围、统一报告的撰写要求。
All the factors, including the literature support conditions, searching means, the capability of staff members, the cooperation of users and staff members, literature searching, report writing and report checking, etc., which impair the quality of sci-tech novelty search, are investigated. And then lots of measurements, including regulating novelty search agencies, training staff members, specifying the areas of search, unifying the requirements for writing reports, evaluation standards and management are put forward.
