中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征52例临床观察

Clinical observation of combined Chinese and western medicine on 52 patients with primary nephrosis syndrom

目的观察中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征的临床疗效。方法将82例原发性肾病综合征患者随机分为2组。对照组30例在一般治疗的基础上加强的松治疗,治疗组52例在对照组治疗基础上加调肾利水汤治疗。2组均45日为1个疗程,2个疗程后评定疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率为80.8%,对照组痊愈率为60.0%,2组比较有显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论中西医结合治疗原发性肾病综合征疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical effect of combined Chine and western medicine on patients with primary nephrosis syndrom, Methods 82 patients with primary nephrosis syndrom were randomly divided into two groups. 30 patients in the control group were administrated prednisone in addition to the routie treatment. 52 patients in the treatment group were treated with Tiaoshenlishui decoction on the basis of management in the control group, 45 days was as a treatment course and the effect was evaluated after two courses. Remits The cure rate in the treatment group was 80.8% and 60.0% in the control group. There was a significant difference between the two groups （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion There is a definite effect of combined Chinese and western medicine of primary nephrosis syndrom.
