Controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coal-fired boiler by technology of flue gas desulfurization

介绍旋流板塔及其在燃煤工业锅炉烟气脱硫中的应用。研究表明,旋流板塔以气液接触面积大、结构简单、压力降较小,操作稳定为其主要特点。但是,脱硫工艺过程不合理而生成不稳定化合物亚硫酸盐又可造成严重的二次污染。

Controlling sulfur dioxide pollution from industrial coal-fired boiler by technology of flue gas desulfurization is discussed including mainly swirl board scrubber and its application in flue gas desulfurization on industrial coal-fired boiler. It is shown by research that the main characteristics of swirl board scrubber consist of greater gas-liquid exposed surface, simpler structure, smaller pressure drop and stabilization operation. However, if technological process is not rational, unstable sulfite will be produced that can bring about seriously secondary pollution.
