摘要
本实验应用放射免疫测定法,对免局灶性脑出血和脑缺血模型血清ACTH、Cor含量变化与脑组织病理改变的相关性研究,以探讨对H/P/A功能紊乱的机制。结果显示:脑出血与脑缺血模型急性期血清ACTH、Cor含量水平明显高于恢复期、假手术对照组及正常对照组,以脑出血模型为明显。恢复期时脑缺血模型H/P/A功能恢复较差。H/P/A功能紊乱程度与脑出血和脑缺血模型后脑组织病理损害程度呈正相关,为脑血管病时H/P/A功能紊乱提供了新的理论依据。
Abstract Cerebral hemorrhage of partial focus in rabbit, the change of serum ACTH,Cortisol content in the model of cerebral lack of blood and the pathological changes in the cerebral tissues were studied with the determing method of radio-immunity in order to study the mechism of disorder of H/P/A function.The results showed that the serum ACTH, Cortisol content in the acute phase of cerebral hemorrhage and the model of cerebral lack of blood was obviously higher than in that in the recovery phase.The model of cerebral hemorrhage,between the operated control group and normal group,was remarkable.H/P/A function in the model of cerebral lack of blood recovers slowed during the recovery stage.The degree of disorder of H/P/A function and the degree of pathological damage in the model were related obviously.When cerebral vascular disease occured the disorder of H/P/A function provides the basis for the new theroy.
