摘要
学术的本质是求真,学术评价标准是学术目的之具体化,学术研究内在地包含着学术评价。客观性和主观性、可评价性与不可评价性是学术评价中的两对矛盾。学术评价的权威性来源于中立、公正和客观性,需要遵循民主原则;学术批评则是个人行为,遵循自由原则;学术研究尤其崇尚自由精神。学术研究不但要求学术评价,也需要学术批评与反批评的促进。学术评价是一种价值判断,其积极作用可促进学术规范和学术发展,其消极作用则可能滋生学术腐败。因此,需要按程序正义设计建设好学术评价制度。
the essence of academic research is to search truth, while the criterion for academic evaluation is a concretization of some academic purpose, so, the academic evaluation is involved inside academic research. Objectivity and subjectivity, evaluated-ability and unevaluated-ability are two pairs of contradictions in academic evaluation. Authority of academic evaluation is generated from neutrality, fairness and objectivity, necessarily obeying the democratic principle, while academic criticism is something of personal behaviors and obeys the freedom principle. Academic research respects freedom spirit in special. It needs not only academic evaluation but also the promotion through academic criticism and counter-criticism. The academic evaluation is a value judgment, which positive effect can promote academic standardization and development, but which negative effect may lead to academic corruptness. Therefore, proceeding justice is required in designing a good system of academic evaluation.
