RBS墙体建筑体系层间变形分析

摘要 天津某科研项目的试验工程在引进移植澳大利亚“速成墙建筑体系”的基础上,经消化吸收并结合我国有关工程建设规范要求设计的“预制石膏孔板/现浇混凝土复合墙体系”。针对该建筑体系施工中楼板与墙体之间可能出现的施工质量问题,应用ANSYS有限元程序作了分析。结果表明:由于在施工过程中存在施工质量的问题,墙体在地震作用下会产生较大的变形,影响了美观。对所存在的问题提出了一些解决建议,这对今后该体系的设计和施工有重要的参考意义。 Based on an experimentation project of scientific research in Tianjin. An engineering project was introduced, which was designed as "prefabrication plaster orifice panel/ready-mix concrete composite wall system", after digesting, assimilating, and combining our nations correlative project with the "rapid wall building system" from Australia by the project organization. Aim at the construction quality problems among floors and walls during the course of building constructing, analysis was carried out based on ANSYS finite element program. The result shows that because there exist quality questions during the construction, walling was engendered a bigger distortion under earthquake, which affects the appearance. Some advices that have the important reference meaning to this system's design and construction were put forward to the problems in this paper.
