In the light of chuck hole distress of asphalt pavement in winter and the application of cold-repatching materials in the Hailar-manzhouli Highway, the section of the National Highway No. 301 in Hulun Bait City, Inner Mongolia Autonomous Region, this article describes the features of cold-repatching technique, the properties of road use, the shaped mechanism, and the analysis on the applied results.
