The Financing Risk of China Expressway Project and Management

定性分析了目前我国高速公路项目融资存在的主要风险,对融资风险的监控进行了理论上的定量描述,最后结合我国实际情况,提出了担保、保险、互换、期权、合约等一系列项目融资风险控制途径.

This paper qualitatively analyses the main risk of expressway project financing at present in our country , and describes the risk of financing from theory. At last, based on our country condition, it puts forward controlling of project financing risk through guarantee ,insurance, interest rate swap ,options, peace treaty and so on.
