摘要
为综合利用废铝渣,研究了用超声分散处理废铝渣来制备一种新型无机-有机高分子复合絮凝剂(PAAM).讨论了其最佳制备工艺条件,用聚合氯化铝、聚合硫酸铁及PAAM对生活废水进行絮凝实验的比较,得出PAAM的CODCr去除率达到90%,色度去除率达到95%.在去除CODCr及色度方面均优于聚合氯化铝及聚合硫酸铁,利用废铝渣制备PAAM,对于综合利用废铝渣及水处理方面均有重大意义并有广阔的发展前景.
To utilize the waste aluminum synthetically, this paper researched the preparation of a new type of inorganic - organic polyblend - flocculant (PAAM) using the supersonic dispersion to deal with the waste aluminum and discussed the optimum technological condition. The paper compared the effects of flocculation experiment of polyaluminium chloride, poly- ferric sulfate and PAAM with living waste water and drew a conclusion that the removal rate of the PAAM's CODCr is up to 90% ,while the tone is up to 95%. It is prior to polyaluminum chloride and polyferric sulfate on removal CODCr and tone. It has broad prospect to prepare PAAM by using the waste aluminum for dealing with life water and industry water.
