摘要
研究了X70钢在天津大港油田的3个不同地点的腐蚀情况,对现场3种盐碱土土壤环境进行了调查和腐蚀性研究,通过电化学方法测定腐蚀速率,应用XRD技术分析了腐蚀产物,应用SEM观察腐蚀形貌.结果表明X70钢的腐蚀程度主要取决于3种土壤中的氯离子和硫酸根离子的浓度.
The paper investigates in situ corrosion of steel X70 in three different spots of saline alkali soils at Tianjin Dagang oil field. We measure corrosion rate by electrochemistry method, analyze corrosion product by XRD and observe surface morphology by SEM. Results reveal that the corrosion degree of steel X70 depends upon the concentration of Cl^- and SO4^2- of the soils.
