摘要
用AFGROW软件计算了2024-T3铝合金的不同腐蚀损伤程度下的疲劳寿命,与实验数据比较吻合.建立了对腐蚀损伤和疲劳寿命分类的概率神经网络模型,输出结果表明:铝合金的失效模式:点蚀-晶间腐蚀-剥蚀,决定了腐蚀损伤和疲劳寿命的分布类型;对铝合金的腐蚀损伤和疲劳寿命,应用3种或2种分布类型。而非单一分布来表征其分布规律.
Making use of corrosion experimental data of 2024 - T3 aluminum alloy, fatigue lives were estimated by using program AFGROW. A probabilistic neural network was developed to classify the corrosion damages and fatigue lives. The results show that the distributions of corrosion damages and fatigue lives are determined by the aluminum alloy failure mode. It may be necessary to use several distribution functions rather than a single ones to represent the characteristics of corrosion damages and fatigue lives due to a large variation of the distribution of the maximum corrosion depth on aluminum alloy.
