摘要 通过金相分析并结合扫描电镜(SEM)、X射线衍射(XRD)、电子探针(EPMA)等观察和分析手段,分析和研究了某油田G105钻杆的腐蚀失效原因.结果表明,因腐蚀产物脱落造成井下堵水眼事故的原因是钻杆停钻后,因未及时清理泥浆而造成钻杆内表面附着泥浆中的氯离子加速沉积物下钢基体的腐蚀造成的.本文还就钻杆停钻的腐蚀问题提出了预防措施. The corrosion failure of G105 drill pipe during storage in oil field after service was analyzed by means of metallography analysis, XRD(X - ray diffraction), EPMA (Electro- probe micro-analyzer), as well as SEM. The well - stifled accident caused by corrosion products of drill pipe was considered as oxygen corrosion accelerated by chlorine ion after drilling without any cleanout. Therewith the relevant prevention measures were also put forward in this paper.
