油田注水井套管内腐蚀因素研究

摘要 结合现场注水井套管腐蚀特点,从静态挂片和闭塞区腐蚀动态实验两方面,研究了造成套管内腐蚀严重的因素。结果表明:油田注入水的pH值对套管的全面腐蚀有极大的影响,提高pH值。虽能降低均匀腐蚀速度,但易引起套管的孔蚀和缝隙腐蚀,故pH值最高不得超过8.5. Zhongyuan Oilfield is a very complicated fault- block oilfield. With the development of production, the corrosion of well casing is getting serious. The casing failure with imminent danger due to corrosion has accounted for one sixth of all the wells in production. The paper has examined the factors, which significanty influenced on the internal corrosion of injector casing by the static sheet test and the closed interval corrosion dynamic test based on the casing failure characteristic.
