摘要
以β-萘胺和甘油为原料,利用斯克柔普(Skraup)法合成了4-氮杂菲,并进行了对比试验,当重量比为β-萘胺:甘油:浓硫酸:冰乙酸:脱氢剂=1:1.74:1.75:0.58:0.84时,收率最高。
With β-naphthylamine and glycerin as the raw material, 4-azaphenanthrine was synthesized by Skraup method,and contrast experiment was carried out on it. If the ratio of weight is β-naphthylam-ine: glycerin: concentrated sulfuric acid: glacial acetic acid: dehydrogenated agent=1:1.74:1.75:0.58:0.84, the yield is the highest.
