摘要
旅游项目的投入大,关联性强,阶段性明显,因此投资收益的不确定性大。在分析旅游项目的产业链和价值链的基础上,认识旅游项目投资的关联性和阶段性特征。引入实物期权理论,分析旅游项目在阶段性投资的过程中所隐含的投资价值和风险。最后提出阶段性投资旅游项目的柔性管理措施。
Tourism project has the characteristics, such as abundant investment, intense relationship and obvious stage, which result in uncertainty in capital retum. In this paper, base on the analysis of industry chain and value chain of tourism project, the author reconsidered the characteristics of investment of tourism project, introduced real option, analyzed latent risk and investment value in the course of staged investment of tourism project, and put forwards the strategy of flexible management of tourism project.
