摘要
阐述技术效率基本概念及其SFA和DEA测度方法,将技术效率引入产业效率的比较分析.在VRS条件下,产业的综合技术效率可以分解为纯技术效率和规模效率.运用DEA实证测算2002和2003年全国29个省市(自治区)烟草制品行业的技术效率,结果表明了中国烟草制品行业的纯技术效率总体上偏低是影响综合技术效率的关键因素.
This paper serves as a theoretical summary for basic concepts and alternative approaches to the empirical measurement of technical efficiency. The efficiency analysis is adopted to evaluate technical efficiency of China＇ s industries, The VRS overall technical efficiency of industry may be decomposed into pure efficiency and scale efficiency. By calculating the technical efficiency of 29 provinces＇ tobacco enterprises in China, it is found that the low pure efficiency is the key factor that results in the low overall technical efficiency of tobacco industries in China.
