摘要
胰岛素样生长因子(又称类胰岛素生长因子,简称IGFs)是人体最重要的一类生长因子,参与了一些疾病的病理生理过程,并可作为诊断的参考指标。本文就IGFs的临床应用作一综述。
Insulin-like growth factors（IGFs） is a kind of the most important growth factors in human. IGFs play a certain role in the pathogensesis of some diseases and might be used as a diagnostic parameter. The clinical application of IGFs was reviewed.
