冠周冲洗上药对预防下颌第三磨牙拔除术后并发症的临床研究

Effect of Pericoronal Rinsing on Preventing Complication after Extraction of Mandibular Third Molar

目的探讨冠周冲洗上药对预防下颌第三磨牙拔除后并发症的作用。方法 88例下颌第三磨牙拔除患者随机分为 A、B 两组,A 组术前用3%双氧水及生理盐水冲洗龈沟盲袋并上碘甘油,B 组为对照组不行冲洗处理,二组病例分别统计拔牙后 6、24、48小时疼痛 VAS 平分、开口度及干槽症发生率。结果 A 组术后其疼痛平分、张口受限、及干槽症发生率均较 B 组为低。结论拔牙前冠周龈沟盲袋冲洗可有效预防下颌第三磨牙拔除后并发症。

Objective To evaluate the effect of pericoronal rinsing, on preventing the complication after extraction of the mandibular third molar. Methods Eight - eight patients with impacted mandibular third molar were randomly dievded into both groups A and B. The pericoronal rinsing with 3%H2O2 and physiological saline was performed in group A and not in group B before the extraction of the impacted mandibular third molar .The Visual Analog Scale（VAS）was used to assess pain 6,24 and 48 hours after the extraction.The value of VAS,trismus degree and rate of dry socket was compared between both the groups. Result All the comlications including the VAS, limited opening their mouths and dry socket were fewer in group A than that in group B. Conclusion Pericoronal rinsing before the surgery of extracting mandibular third molar is helpful to preventing the postperative complications.
