摘要
目的研究探讨糖尿病胃轻瘫病人的家庭治疗和指导方法。方法对68例病人实施家庭饮食治疗与指导。结果采用饮食调理后,68例病人中显效者54例,有效者14例。饮食调理前糖10.2~29.3mmol/L,60 min 胃排空率为60.12%±12.72%;治疗后血糖为6.2~9.5mmol/L,60min 胃排空率90.2%±10.91%。结论采用饮食有助于减轻或避免血糖波动。
Objective To provide the family treatment and guide to their diet for patients with diabetic gastroparalysis. Methods Sixtyeight patients with diabetic gastroparalysis received family ereatment and guide to their diet. Results Of 68 patients with diabetic gastroparalysis, 54 improved very well in gastroparalysis symptom and 14 a little. The level of blood glucose decreased from 10.2 - 29.3mmol/L before the treatment to 6.2 -9.5mmol/L after the treatment.The rate of 60 minutes stomach evacuation increased from 60.12% ± 12.72% before the treatment to 90.2% ± 10.91% after the treatmem . Conclusion The rational control and regulation of diet are helpful to improving in symptoms nd alleviating or avoiding the blood glucose undulating in the patrents with diabetic gastroparalysis.
