Forecast Research on Disthesis Structure of Structure of Modern Clinical Medicine Talents

目的构建与现代临床医学人才发展需求相适应的个体素质结构和评估体系。方法德尔菲专家函询法。结果构建了临床医学人才16种素质要素结构与相应评价体系。结论医学专家智慧形成临床医学人才素质结构呈现出“显能+潜能+复合能”的立意,具有时代性和实用性特征,与目前我国临床医学人才发展需求基本适应,为现阶段临床医学人才培养与评估提供了一定的依据。

Objective To establish the diathesis structure and evaluation system for modem clinical medicion talents . Methods The inveatigation on the conditions of 12 medical specialists was made a ccording to Delphi method for qaulitative forecast of talents. Result Sixteen kinds of diathesis structure and evaluation system for clinical medicaine talents were established. Conclusion The diathesis structure of clinical medical talents presents a new conception including the explicit , potential and complex ability , which can be adapted to the requirements for the develoment of clinical medical talents in our country at present because it has the features of times and practicability.
