浅谈脊髓型颈椎病术式选择问题（附26例分析）

Discussion on Chosen Problems of Operation about CSM （Affiliated 26 Cases Analysis）

我院自1990—2004年共收治26例CSM病人，行手术治疗。现将对26例患者手术治疗方式的选择作一分析总结，报告如下。

Objective To explore on chosen problems of operation about CSM.Methods The operation methods of treating 26 CSM were analyzed retrospectively. Conclusion The patients with growing spinal canal stenosis, the patients with OPLL and the patients with anaplasia spinal canal stenosis were chosen forming operation of extemding canalis vertebralis by simple opening from servical posterior path; The patients with 1 - 2 subsection of diskal hernia were carried out htervertebral disk ablation integrated bone grafting operation. The patients with spinal cancal stenosis integrated diskal hernia were treated by fighting reflex operation from posterior and mtefior path.
