1对象与方法
1．1病例选择 我院自2002年7月～2003年7月间自愿作胃镜检查1257人，随机选择有器质性上消化道疾患且无手术史的患者400例作HP检测，病程在半年～30年不等，年龄18～75岁之间，其中男性260人，女性140人。

Results HP infection is related to age, occupation and some upper gastrointestinal diseases, but duodenal ulcer has a HP infection rate of 96.74 %. Conclusion The rate of HP infection in the author＇ s region is high, HP infection is the dangerous factor of gastric cancer. It is very imporant to eradicate liP.
