On Deng Xiaoping's Legal System Theory of People's Democratic Dictatorship and Its Practical Significance

进入改革开放和社会主义现代化建设新时期,邓小平顺应时代的发展,在全面总结历史经验的基础上,果断提出了“人民民主专政法制化”思想。这一思想虽然长期被理论界所忽视,但其生命力和历史穿透力极强,至今仍振聋发聩,对于当前我们正确认识和处理民主、专政、法制的关系以及建构“将然”的专政模式,具有重要的现实意义。

With the development of the reform and modernization of our socialism, Mr. Deng timely put forward the legal system theory of people＇s democratic dictatorship on the basis of summarizing historical experience. Although this theory was ignored by the academic for a long time, its influence was so great that it still has practical significance for us to understand and deal with the relationship among democracy, dictatorship and legal system ; and help us to construct a mode of dictatorship for our future.
