校务公开被称为新时期高校工会工作三大工程之一的“民主建设工程”,是学校教代会制度建设的发展与深化,是建设社会主义政治文明的重要内容,是扩大基层民主的重要制度,是维权教职工合法权益的有效机制,是加强民主监督的好形式,应注重实效,积极稳妥地推进。

The system of opening operation of school affairs, known as one of the three ＂democratic construction engineering＂ of university trade unions in the new age to develop and deepen the system of representative assembly of school staff, is the main content of building socialist political civilization, is an important system of broadening democracy at basic levels, is an effective mechanism in upholding the legitimate rights and interests of school staff and is a good form of democratic supervision. It is so important that we must push it forward actively and steadily, attaching great importance to practical effect.
