Management Thinking and Countermeasure in the Transition of the State-Run Military Enterprise

在分析国防战略要求及企业自身存在问题的基础上指出军工企业转型的必要性,在此基础上针对国有军工企业面临的机遇和挑战,提出军工企业转型时如何实现军民分立、破产重组、转变职工身份。

This paper illustrates the necessity that the military enterprises make the transition on the basis of analyzing strategy requirements of national defense and problems existing in enterprises, and also points out management countermeasure in the transition of the state-run military enterprise on how to realize the separation of military and civilian industry, recombination after going bankrupt, changing workers＇ identity, separating the main and secondary business activities and removing the debt with the opportunity and challenge facing the military enterprises.
