摘要
古代法家的法治思想尽管和现代的法治思想有原则区别,但它仍有精华部分值得我们汲取,而且,它对中国传统法律文化的消极影响也是不可忽视的。
Although the nomocracy ideology of the ancient legists is very different from the modern nomocracy ideology, we can also use its elite for reference. Furthermore, the negative effect on Chinese traditional law culture can not be ignored.
