伴随大众化教育时代的到来,高校就业工作逐渐成为社会的焦点。作为就业工作的重要组成部分,就业指导工作研究也需要有创新,有新的思路和办法。在文章中笔者根据实际工作经验,提出建立立体式就业指导网络体系的概念并就其具体框架做简单的阐述。

With the arrival of mass education, the work for employment in colleges and universities is becoming the central issue in our society. As the important component of employment work, employment instruction needs creation, new thoughts and new methods. The author, according to his own practical work experiences, presents the concept of establishment of stereo-network system of employment instruction and also explains its actual framework.
