A Study of the Interactive Relationship between Economy and Domestic Science ＆ Technology

科学技术与经济之间存在着客观的互动机制，但我国由于受计划经济体制、模仿和外延式再生产方式等的影响，经济对科技的需求存在不足，导致二者之间不能协同发展。一方面大多科技成果不能转化为现实生产力，另一方面经济增长方式中科技的贡献率不高。为了促进科技与经济之间的良性互动，我国必须从体制和制度上进行改革。

There is an objective interactive relationship between economy and science ＆ technology. Owing to the influence of planned economy, traditional natural economy and the emulation of the reproductive economic mode, economic development poses little demand for science and technology, which results in an inharmonious development. On the one hand, many fruits of scientific and technological research cannot transform into practical productive forces and on the other hand, science and technology contribute little to economic increase. In order to promote an interactive relationship between these two, it is high time for us to make reform in the system of organization.
